Angel Henry and Mr A.S Agbaoye Canadian - Nigerian musician,  Angel   Henry. Have  revealed   an expensive work in 2019 which occurred with him and the former  Deputy Executive Secretary  of  National universities Commission (NUC), Mr A.S Agbaoye.  The job was an ICT help desk assistant and it sure didn't come for free after being introduced to it by a Principal ICT officer at National universities Commission,  Mr Otuya Chinedu  Abuja.  The event was braced with the introduction of public service rules and the main speaker Mr A.S Agbaoye was the focus of the programme held at  Jamb (Joint admissions and matriculation board)  in November 2019.
